The wood duck, about to come off the easel.

When the Paint Isn't Flying, The Feathers Are

There's a whole lot of red and white feathers being tied up.

Just Ducky

Feather underpainting roughed in. It'll come off the easel for a few days, before some glazing

and final brushwork. Looking forward to the next canvas...back to fish, I think.

Eyeing the End

The wood duck as it sits today. The eye breathed some life into it.

There's still a lot of feather work to do, among other stuff, but its taking shape.
